CONDITIONS OF YOUR RESERVATION

Reservations can be made directly online.

To make a booking with us, you must be 18 years or older.

To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% relating to the entire booking.
Payments can be made online. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation of receipt from us.
The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If the remaining amount is not paid before the specified date, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded to you. When booking less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival, we ask that you pay the full amount when making your reservation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If you cancel the booking, you must confirm this to us by email.

In the case of cancellation:
up to 6 weeks before your arrival date, we will refund your full deposit
within 4-6 weeks before your arrival date, there will be no refund of your deposit
within 2 weeks before your arrival date, there will be no refund of the total reservation amount.

In the case of cancellation on the spot or early departure, you will not receive a refund.
We advise that you arrange purchase of your own travel insurance.
